What You’ll Be Doing

Leading product development from concept to launch across multiple categories

Responding to customer trends, market data, and commercial briefs with creative, viable solutions

Collaborating with suppliers, technical teams, and buyers to ensure product quality, compliance, and profitability

Conducting taste panels, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to drive continuous improvement
*
Supporting sustainability and innovation goals through packaging and ingredient choices
What We’re Looking For

Experience in product development within food retail or manufacturing
*
Strong understanding of the UK grocery market and consumer trends
*
Creative thinker with commercial awareness and attention to detail
*
Confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams
*
Degree or equivalent in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field (preferred)
