Your Role Account Executive
Responsibilities
Client Management
1. Ensures supporting team is supported in welcoming clients to meetings and things like tech and refreshments are set up for them
2. Shares client and competitor documents in a timely manner
Media and Influencer Relations
3. Prepares and keeps up to date accurate, relevant media distribution lists
4. Builds media and influencer relationships across consumer lifestyle, mainstream and specialist outlets relevant to client base
5. Develops high quality media releases, pitches and materials, including research, writing, editing, collating and distributing through relevant social media channels
6. Pitches to media via email and phone, and follow up media enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Digital and Social
7. Monitors and reports on client, industry and competitor social media activity
8. Develops content calendars with Account Managers
9. Develops, posts, monitors and reports on social media content as directed
Event Management
10. Assists with event management including research, venue, catering, talent selection and management
Planning and Strategy
11. Liaise and attend meetings with clients, media, prospective clients and internal teams (Red Havas and the broader HKX Village), supporting with admin as and when required
New Business
12. Assists with research for new biz pitches, supporting senior team members
