Are you a driven Recruitment Consultant ready to take ownership of your market and make a real impact? We're looking for a motivated 360 Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in the manufacturing sector (automotive experience also considered).
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new business, building lasting client relationships, and sourcing top-tier talent for a wide range of manufacturing roles. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own desk, backed by a supportive and ambitious team.
What We're Looking For
A strong background in business development, ideally gained within manufacturing recruitment.
Sound knowledge of the manufacturing landscape - you understand the key players, challenges, and opportunities that drive the industry.
Confident communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and build trust quickly.
A results-driven mindset with a genuine passion for achieving (and exceeding) goals.
Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with a wider team.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
