Role Summary:
As a Runners/CSA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accommodation team during this bustling period. Your hands-on support will help prepare rooms and facilities to the highest standards, ensuring a smooth experience for both summer guests and returning students.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with summer preparations, including move-in and move-out processes.
Deliver supplies such as cleaning products, bedding packs, and maintenance tools throughout the building.
Support housekeeping teams by removing waste, replacing bin bags, and transporting laundry or stock between floors.
Help with room setups, including arranging furniture, stocking kitchens, and making beds as needed.
Report maintenance issues or anything out of place to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Assist on move-in day with tasks like lifting boxes, answering resident questions, and providing directions.
Be a welcoming face for new residents and their families, showcasing your positive attitude and people skills.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
Complete administrative tasks, including logging maintenance requests and preparing notices.
