Job Description
3. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
4. Overseeing accounting operations, including the design of an organisational structure
5. Managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
6. Liaising with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
7. Implementing best practice accounting methods
8. Researching and resolving financial discrepancies
9. Contributing to financial audits and coordinating regulatory reporting
10. Collaborating with management on development and execution of funding strategies
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
11. Professional accreditation such as ACCA, CIMA, or similar
12. Proficiency in major accounting software packages
13. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
14. Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
15. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
16. High level of integrity and dependability
