Overview
Framework Assistant role at Browne Jacobson. Based out of our Nottingham Office. The Framework Assistant provides proactive, high level support to the legal departments, taking ownership for managing allocated frameworks, associated client accounts and service levels, and ensuring that both internal and external client expectations are exceeded.
The role will work closely with the framework team, fee earners, central teams, as well as external clients. The successful candidate will need to be a confident and organized individual with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
Responsibilities
* Provide proactive, high level support to the legal departments and manage allocated frameworks, associated client accounts and service levels.
* Ensure internal and external client expectations are exceeded.
* Collaborate with the framework team, fee earners, central teams, and external clients.
* Engage in proactive stakeholder management and clear communication to support framework delivery.
Qualifications / Skills
* Ability to analyse and interpret complex data, including contract documentation
* Experience of using IT systems to generate reports, formatting and editing as required
* Strong MS Office skills, in particular Excel
* Aptitude for producing documents and client communications of the highest standard
