Were looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our Technical Support team
You will provide technical and application support for a range of automation and control products, giving advice and helping to resolve customers technical challenges. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving application issues, responding to customer inquiries, devising application solutions, and helping the sales team to deliver excellent customer support.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Hands-on experience with automation, control, and safety products (preferably Mitsubishi Electric PLCs, Inverter Drives and HMIs).
* Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Experience
* Excellent personal and communication skills
* Strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote work setting
* A full driving license
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Live within commuting distance of Blackburn, Lancashire
It Would be an Advantage if You Also Have
* Previous experience in Application Support and Technical Support
* Experience of troubleshooting for diagnosing and resolving technical problems
* Experience of delivering training courses to small groups
