Key decision makers you will sell to - surgeons, scrub nurses, theatre staff, sisters, EBME, facilities managers, procurement.
The Role: Selling a premium quality range of ophthalmic devices, capital equipment and consumables into NHS and private hospitals. There will be a healthy mix of account management and new business. This territory has some great accounts - there is still a lot of scope to grow them, as well as securing new accounts. Their technologies address cataracts, glaucoma, retinal disease, refractive error etc.

Candidate requirements:
5. Must have ophthalmic sales experience (not optical retail) OR surgical/theatre/hospital based field sales experience
6. Potentially ophthalmic clinical experience with strong commercial acumen
7. A personable character, commercial mindset, motivation and determination
8. Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
The Package
9. Basic: £40k-£55k depending on experience
10. £15k+ uncapped commission
11. Car allowance or company car
12. Healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday + stats
