We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food production.
* Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
* Collaborate in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
* Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
* Oversee food preparation processes to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes served.
* Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain safety standards.
* Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
* Assist with catering events and banquet preparations as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
