Key Responsibilities:
* Consult with clients to determine travel needs, preferences, and budget
* Research and recommend travel options including accommodations, activities, and transportation
* Book flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and car rentals on behalf of clients
* Build customized travel itineraries and maintain accurate booking records
* Stay up to date on current travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
* Provide responsive support before and during clients trips
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Basic computer skills (e.g., email, internet browsing, document management)
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel planning is a plus
