Office based role daily in Northampton
Salary: £26,000 (no flex on basic salary)

THE JOB: First point of contact for all customers - B2B and B2C
* Liaising with nurses, medical engineers, and estates managers in hospitals
* Approximately 80% of your time will be email-based
* Coordinating medical equipment deliveries and replenishment
* Handling queries, quotations, price requests, parts, and maintenance
* Addressing faults and usage issues
