<h3>Payroll Adviser</h3><p>Salary: £31k-£34k DOE, full-time office-based for training (6 months), then hybrid working. Company based in Maidstone.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Manage an allocated portfolio of payroll clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of pay runs (monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, and four-weekly).</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within internal and external payroll systems.</li><li>Communicate with clients via telephone and email to provide payroll advice and guidance.</li><li>Stay informed about HMRC guidance and liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients when necessary.</li><li>Handle documentation such as payslips, P45s, and P60s, including printing and scanning.</li><li>Upload monthly pension contributions through online provider portals.</li></ul><h3>Required Experience:</h3><ul><li>At least 3 years of payroll experience.</li><li>Full UK Driving License.</li></ul><p>Our client is an award-winning advisory firm offering centralized HR and Payroll management solutions through proprietary technology platforms.
