We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join a well-established nursery setting in Ealing.
This is a full-time, permanent role within a supportive early years environment, working closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the setting and the delivery of high-quality care and education.
You will be:

Supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day management of the nursery
*
Leading and supporting staff within the room to maintain high standards of care and education
*
Deputising for the Nursery Manager when required
*
Supporting planning, observations, and assessments in line with the EYFS framework
*
Assisting with administrative and office-based duties, including compliance and record keeping
*
Building positive relationships with parents and carers
*
Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery procedures are followed at all times
The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years and have proven experience as a Room Leader or in a similar supervisory role within a nursery setting. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, Ofsted requirements, and the ability to balance room-based and office responsibilities is essential.
