Responsibilities
* Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the business, including acting as Duty Manager when the GM is not present.
* Communicate and train staff to deliver high‑quality food, drink and service.
* Serve as a role model and guide development within the team.
* Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW guests, keeping them coming back.
