Responsibilities: We provide hands-on technical support and development for our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Integration Cloud platforms. We act as senior technical specialists, taking ownership of complex incidents, service requests and change activity across our Oracle landscape. We diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain a stable, secure and highly available ERP platform. We assess the technical impact of Oracle monthly and quarterly release cycles. We lead technical testing and regression activity. We manage system configuration, integrations, security and related technical changes. We ensure fixes, enhancements and configuration changes safeguard data security, system integrity and service continuity. We collaborate closely with third-party suppliers and internal teams across ICT, Finance, HR and Payroll. We provide day-to-day technical leadership within our support function. We contribute to continuous improvement and help maximise the value of our ERP investment. We communicate clearly with stakeholders and support the effective delivery of public services.
