What You'll Be Doing: Youll be instrumental in promoting a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring our drivers are trained to meet the highest standards. From CPC and SAFED training to vehicle-specific inductions, driving instruction and pre-employment assessments, youll play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates safely and efficiently.
Essential Ingredients Experience Conducting Driver Instruction
Holder of a Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
Current Class 2 driving licence and ability to pass a driving assessment
Experience in multi-drop distribution within an FMCG environment
Strong knowledge of transport legislation (Drivers Hours, WTD, Highway Code)
Understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
Excellent communication and coaching skills
