Location: Remote (travel to Surrey HQ twice a month)
Salary: £Competitive
I'm currently working with a growing innovator in the clean energy space who are looking to bring in a Content & Marketing Manager to lead brand storytelling, internal communications, and investor-facing materials. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled communicator who enjoys translating technical ideas into accessible, commercially engaging content.
You’ll be joining at a critical time in the company’s journey—helping shape how they’re perceived externally, how they communicate internally, and how they position themselves alongside major FTSE 250 players.
The Opportunity
This is a broad and strategic content role, ideal for someone comfortable juggling multiple projects, from supporting a full website relaunch with a PR agency, to developing compelling investor decks and customer brochures. You'll help ensure the company’s innovation story is clearly communicated to non-technical audiences, particularly those in commercial and investment circles.
This is a fully remote position with a collaborative culture and regular visits to HQ in Surrey (twice a month).
Key Outcomes You’ll Deliver
Partner with a PR agency to launch a new corporate website
Own and create content including brochures, slide decks, and commercial materials
Develop and maintain a polished investor presentation deck to position the business with credibility in line with FTSE 250 expectations
Translate technical product innovation into clear, engaging messaging for commercial, non-technical audiences
Lead internal communications strategy and execution, working with HR and leadership
Ensure brand voice and messaging is aligned across all channels, including digital and media
What You’ll Need
A track record in content or marketing roles, ideally within clean tech, innovation, or energy sectors (although not essential)
Ability to simplify technical topics and create persuasive, audience-focused content
Experience working with or managing agency partners
Strong writing, messaging, and brand storytelling skills
Previous work supporting investor relations, corporate decks, or executive comms is highly desirable
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment while staying highly collaborative
