Responsibilities: Assisting Flutter Coupa Project Manager in creating and managing the all Coupa S2C project Artifacts Organising Meetings associated with delivery of the Coupa S2C project Preparing for Meetings & Workshops and minuting and where required, distributing the actions from meetings Recording/Managing and following through to completion, all actions raised by the Flutter Coupa Project Manager and all actions coming out of the project meetings Creating the S2C status report for the Programme in collaboration with the PM Proactive Project RAID Log Management Key Skills: Commercial experience of in a PMO support role; ideally in Change Management business and/or a federated operating model Experience of projects using different methodologies, Agile or waterfall techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Strong analysis and problem resolution skills Excellent knowledge of tools needed for the PMO (Sharepoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Knowledge of MS Project a definite advantage. Knowledge and experience of documenting and maintaining project documentation by phase. Experience of tools like Jira and Confluence.
