* Handle low value infant approval and stage 3 files.
* Deal with all procedural matters from issue through to trial
* Assess claims for special damages.
* Draft all pleadings
* Demonstrate the ability to value personal injury using JC Guidelines and case law
* Negotiate settlement where appropriate using persuasive arguments.
* Have strong telephone negotiation skills.
* Prepare witness statements for use in court proceedings, taken via telephone call or video call.
* Liaise with other professionals such as claimant's solicitors, counsel, courts, brokers, policyholders and the insurer clients.
* Have strong organisation skills and be able to use a case management system
* Ensure all Management Information is completed timely and accurately.
* Adhere to client SLA requirements in terms of reporting and updates.
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
