This role will involve working on our established Trades & Labour desk, part of a highly experienced Construction & Property team with over 70 years of combined experience. The Cambridgeshire market is extremely buoyant with exciting growth forecast for the coming years.
This is a sales-based role, so we are looking for individuals passionate about talking to people, winning new business, and building lifelong partnerships with clients. Your new role as a Recruitment Consultant:
* Client Growth: Foster lasting relationships, build and nurture client connections, and actively pursue new business opportunities. Understand client recruitment needs and provide strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
* Candidate Engagement: Find and attract top talent through effective engagement strategies. Guide candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Skilful Negotiation: Negotiate terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships, ensuring win-win situations for clients and candidates.
* Target Achievement: Meet and exceed KPIs with enthusiasm and efficiency. Collaborate within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.
