About the Role & HMP BronzefieldHMP & YOI Bronzefield is the largest female prison in the UK and Europe, operating within a highly secure, regulated environment. The site supports a diverse population, including women on remand, varying sentence lengths, young offenders, foreign nationals, and mothers with babies, with a strong focus on rehabilitation and wellbeing.This role sits within the Finance function, supporting the Head of Business Management in delivering an efficient, compliant, and high-performing financial operation across the prison.
