Business Analyst - Data at Freshfields

About the Role
You’ll work across business and technology teams to analyse processes, gather and define requirements, and support the delivery of high-quality data products. From strategic discovery work to hands-on delivery support, you’ll help ensure our data initiatives are aligned with business needs and deliver real value.
What You’ll Do
* Analyse and optimise business processes
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews
* Define functional and non-functional requirements
* Support delivery teams with clear acceptance criteria
* Enable change and user adoption through collaboration
* Build strong relationships across IT and business functions
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in business analysis, ideally in legal or professional services
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Experience with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
* A collaborative mindset and a passion for data-driven improvement
