FM Assistant
Band 2 – £12.92 per hour (£25,272 per annum pro rata). Rochford Hospital. Various Hours and Rotas available to be discussed at interview.

Role Overview
As an FM Assistant you will clean and maintain all areas required in the work schedule, adhering to national cleaning standards and Trust policies and procedures. You will also ensure mandatory training is up to date and compliant.
Main duties of the job
* Sweeping, mopping, wiping and scrubbing all areas that are required.
* Emptying bins and restocking empty dispensers.
* Ensuring all compliance documentation is completed accurately.

Adhere to all requirements within the job description and ensure that all reasonable requests by your supervisor or line manager are followed.
Person Specification
Experience
* Previous experience in cleaning and knowledge of the required role.
* Driving licence.

* Working visa and residency within the UK and live local to the area.
