The Role
As a
Trainee Mortgage Adviser
, you'll be working closely with the company directors to support clients through the full mortgage process — and begin your transition into full advisory work.
* Handling and progressing mortgage cases from enquiry to completion
* Communicating with clients via phone and email to provide updates and guidance
* Liaising with lenders, solicitors and third parties
* Maintaining accurate, compliant client files
* Shadowing advisers and gradually building your own skillset and confidence
Who We're Looking For
Ideally some
mortgage admin experience
, or at least familiarity with the mortgage process
* A confident communicator who builds rapport easily
* Detail-focused, organised, and reliable
* A self-starter who's ambitious, eager to learn, and wants to grow into an adviser role
* Based in or near
