Residential Property Lawyer/Conveyancer – Cardiff

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer/Conveyancer to join a well-established and busy residential property team in Cardiff. The firm is continuing to grow due to a strong and consistent flow of work and is keen to speak with both junior and experienced conveyancers looking for a supportive environment with excellent training and long-term career prospects.
You’ll be joining a collaborative “pod” structure where experienced Lawyers and dedicated mentors work closely together to help fee earners succeed and develop.
What You’ll Do:

* Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters circa 50 – 60 files including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions
* Prepare contracts, completion statements and other legal documentation
* Carry out searches, due diligence and compliance checks
* Handle matters through to exchange, completion and post-completion

What experience is required:
\n
* At least 1 year of residential conveyancing
* Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Ability to manage a busy but manageable caseload
* Organised, proactive and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Ambitious individuals looking to progress within a growing firm
