Business Development Manager – Vending Industry
Location: Leeds, LS27 (Field Based – Yorkshire & Surrounding Areas)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 Basic + £8,000 OTE Commission

About the Role
As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for supplying vending machines, maintenance, and service solutions across the Yorkshire region. This is a proactive, field‑based sales role where you will be targeting:
Sports Centres
Offices
Education
Leisure Facilities
Service Stations
And other commercial sites
We’re looking for a natural new business hunter who enjoys generating leads, closing deals, and building long‑term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Cold calling and identifying new business opportunities
Booking and attending your own appointments
Managing your own pipeline and customer base
Full cradle‑to‑grave account management
Keeping the CRM system accurate and up to date
Providing tailored vending solutions to a wide variety of sectors
Field-based work across Yorkshire and surrounding areas
Ideal Candidate
Experience within the vending industry is highly desirable
We will also consider those from related industries, including:
Office supplies
Cleaning products/services
Catering equipment
Facilities or service‑based sales
Proven track record in field sales & new business development
Confident communicator with a consultative approach
Self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage a large territory independently
