The Role: Business Development Manager
This is a consultative, new-business-focused sales role centred around engaging senior decision-makers and uncovering operational challenges.
You will identify opportunities, initiate meaningful conversations, and position tailored IT solutions that deliver measurable commercial impact. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Manager
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Build and manage a healthy, active sales pipeline
Qualify leads and contribute to broader business development initiatives
Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover from engagement through to deal closureAbout You: Business Development Manager
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
