What we need We are seeking to appoint highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our hard working and dedicated staff team at Brooke School so that we can provide the highest quality education for our learners. The core purpose of the role will be: • To support pupils learning as directed by the class teacher • Assist with preparation of learning materials and resources, participate in record keeping and provide feedback about learning activities. • To provide support to pupils with their personal, social and emotional development and encourage independence • Liaise with families to answer queries • Follow all school procedures and actively work towards safeguarding children and young people, maintain professional conduct and contribute and uphold the ethos and values of the school.
