* Assembly standards: ensure assembly work is completed using approved methods and to the required quality standards.
* COSHH compliance: ensure the safe use and disposal of hazardous materials in line with COSHH regulations.
* Health and safety: observe and comply with health, safety and security requirements at all times.
* Quality procedures: take responsibility for the quality of work produced and ensure relevant quality procedures are followed.
* Continuous improvement: make recommendations to improve assembly methods, techniques and working practices.
* Factory support: assist in assembling machinery in the factory when not working off‑site.

* Experience in a heavy engineering environment.
* Self‑motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to solve problems as they arise.
* Team working: able to work independently and as part of a small team in an inclusive and respectful environment.

Desirable

* Previous experience in a field service position.
* Experience working within a machine build environment.
* Experience within a plant maintenance background.

Benefits
