Our Group Fleet Management team are looking for a proactive Fleet Admin Officer to join their dynamic team of four and play a key role in managing our vehicle fleet operations.
Based from our Middleton office (M24 1GQ), this is a full time, permanent role, working 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
What you will be doing:
Each member of the team focuses on a different specialism, and the focus of this role is to manage any parking fines, speeding fines and permit registrations that may arise. You will also manage the central inbox within the internal fleet query system, responding to, delegating, or escalating queries as needed.
This is a fast paced, busy role within an enthusiastic team. Queries can come from any of our employees nationwide, as well as external stakeholders. It is a supportive environment with a fantastic team ethic. Whilst each team member has their primary focus, everyone supports each other by covering in periods of absence or during busy periods.
This would be a great role for someone who is looking to begin their career and develop skills to grow within an expanding company.
