Overview
Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Commis Chef to join the team at Richmond Centre, Munster Barracks, Catterick Garrison, DL9 3PZ. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity reporting to the Catering Manager on site. The role will assume responsibility for all food production across breakfast and lunch service from one main kitchen and support with planned ad hoc hospitality throughout the year.

Responsibilities
* Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner following recipe cards.
* Checking all food is compliant with allergens and Natasha’s law.
* Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence.
* Sharing responsibility with the Chef/Catering Manager for checking, probing, and signing of all food deliveries, stock ordering and maintaining kitchen records.
* Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries.
* Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
Requirements
* Experience operating as a Commis Chef or above.
* Organised with a hands-on ability and strong work ethic.
* Passion for people and food.
* Resided in the UK for at least 3 years and able to pass security and DBS checks.
