To succeed as an Automation of Access Product Manager, you should have experience with:

Purpose of the role
Manage and develop existing and new products/services, owning related customer and colleague journeys, developing product strategy, driving change through Barclays teams, making key decisions in the product lifecycle, and owning outcomes related to customers, colleagues, and the bank. This involves ensuring service level agreements, regulatory compliance, risk management, and controls are maintained.
Accountabilities
* Develop customer-centric strategies and solutions tailored to their needs.
* Serve as Subject Matter Expert within the Product/Proposition team, guiding stakeholders on product application and customer journeys.
* Develop product propositions and service strategies, defining priorities and leading their execution.
* Create different commercial and business models, understanding financial drivers related to P&L.
* Evaluate technical feasibility, legal compliance, and risks associated with new product launches.
* Monitor market trends and gather feedback to refine products before launch.
* Manage launch plans, technical deployments, marketing strategies, training, and communication channels.
* Track key metrics like adoption, usage, customer satisfaction, and revenue to assess performance.
