Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Territorial Sales Manager to lead our UK sales strategy, drive B2B partnerships, and promote our product line to pharmacies, health stores, clinics, and distributors. This is a high-impact role for someone with deep industry knowledge and a passion for wellness innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the UK territory
* Identify and onboard new clients in pharma, health supplement, and wellness sectors
* Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and healthcare professionals
* Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
* Provide market insights and competitor analysis to guide product positioning
* Collaborate with international marketing and product teams
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or health supplements
* Strong network within UK health and wellness industry
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to consultants, senior management, and/or large groups
* Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
* Willingness to travel across the UK
* Bonus: Familiarity with algae-based products or sustainable health trends

Work Arrangement:
