A well-established project management consultancy based in Putney with an exceptional presence in the commercial and retail sector are searching for an MRICS Project Manager to join their team. The Company that the MRICS Project Manager will join: The MRICS Project Manager be joining a supportive and modern project and cost consultancy that consists of 50 consultants including Project Directors, Associate Directors, Senior Project Managers, Junior Project Managers and Commercial Managers from Associate-Assistant level. The MRICS Project Manager will be joining a practise that are renowned for delivering high quality schemes in the commercial office and retail sector. The MRICS Project Manager role: The MRICS Project Manager will bring experience running schemes across both pre and post contract stages in the commercial and retail sector and will be delivering a mixture of new build, cut and carves, refurbishment and CAT A/B fit outs with values ranging from £50m-£250m. The MRICS Project Manager will also be managing a team of junior Project Managers which they will be supporting throughout all stages of project lifecycle.
