We are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to support the sales team in delivering vehicle sales targets and excellent customer service. This role is hands‑on and customer‑facing, with additional responsibility to lead by example, support junior sales staff, and contribute to overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Sell new and/or used vehicles in line with agreed sales targets
* Manage the full sales process from enquiry to vehicle handover
* Provide a high standard of customer service at all times
* Support and mentor Sales Advisors through coaching and on‑the‑job guidance
* Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales activity and lead follow‑up
* Maximise incremental sales including finance, service plans, and add‑on products
* Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
* Ensure compliance with FCA, GDPR, and company policies
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Sales Advisor or similar role
* Strong sales ability with a customer‑focused approach
* Confident communicator with good negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
* Positive, professional, and team‑oriented attitude
* Full UK driving licence (minimum 2 years’ driving experience preferred)
