Location: Hereford, Herefordshire | Contract Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Long-Term Supply | Salary: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience) | Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
* Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils displaying challenging behaviours or SEMH needs in primary and secondary settings.
* Support emotional regulation and social development through positive behaviour strategies.
* Assist class teachers with personalised learning plans and interventions.
* Build strong, trusting relationships to help pupils engage and succeed.
* Create a safe, consistent and nurturing learning environment.
About You
* Experience working with children or young people with SEMH / behavioural challenges (school, PRU, care, or youth setting).
* Calm, resilient, and empathetic approach.
* Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
* Team player who can collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and external agencies.
* Available full-time (part-time considered for the right candidate).
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
