Job Description
3. Provide technical 2nd/3rd line support to users, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
4. Assist in managing and implementing IT projects within the organisation.
5. Maintain and update hardware, software, and network systems.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline technology processes.
7. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
8. Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection regulations.
9. Document technical processes and provide training to staff as required.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT systems and infrastructure.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IT & Project Support Engineer should have:
