Job Description:
Salary Range: Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: 8:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
A leading international specialist access provider offering clients the design, supply and erection of mast climbers, hoists and other access solutions.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business across the scaffolding, mast climber and hoist divisions. Experience in Construction is a must and access is desirable.
Working under the direction of the Business Development Manager and Company Directors, the role is comprehensive with a specific focus on securing new business with both new and existing clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Obtaining work-winning tendering opportunities across the regions we operate in
* Converting and securing priced tenders
* Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
* Maintaining and updating CRM database in line with current tenders and future work
* Following up on new leads, existing enquiries, and submitted tenders
* Demonstrating leadership throughout the sales cycle and during the closing process
Skills required:
* Pro-active and self-motivated
* Proven track record of business growth in previous roles
* Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Ability to prioritize workload within a busy environment
