Job Title: Roofer's Mate

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Roofer's Mate to join our team, working across projects in the Cotswolds. You will support experienced roofers on a variety of jobs, including installations, repairs, and maintenance on pitched and flat roofs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting roofers with day-to-day tasks on site.
* Preparing and carrying materials, tools, and equipment.
* Ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times.
* Keeping the work area clean and organised.
* Learning and developing skills to progress within the trade.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of general roofing experience (essential).
* Good knowledge of basic roofing practices and materials.
* Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
* Full UK driving licence (preferred, but not essential).
