The Role: Senior National Account Manager – Retail & New Business
This senior role comes with full responsibility for managing and growing our business across key UK retail accounts, with a specific focus on Tesco and Sainsbury’s, as well as developing new business opportunities. You will be at the forefront of helping shape RE:NOURISH’s retail strategy and execution. We have grown over 200% in retail in September 2025 with further growth forecast. Join at an exciting time!
Key Responsibilities
* Full P&L ownership for Tesco and Sainsbury’s accounts
* Develop, negotiate, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that deliver mutual growth through new listings, expanded distribution, and best-in-class execution
* Drive transformational product innovation, tailored specifically for the retail channel
* Lead multi-functional retailer engagement, coordinating with internal teams such as operations, and retail marketing
* Provide exceptional day-to-day account management including forecasting, managing budget and relationship development
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across UK retail
* Champion cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and delivery of customer initiatives
About You – The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a commercially astute, relationship driven individual with a passion for growing challenger brands in a dynamic environment. You’ll be comfortable owning senior retail relationships and driving strategic growth across retail landscapes.
