Role:
We’re looking for a Multidisciplinary Designer with a strong eye for brand, digital, and content design. From defining a brand’s look and feel, to crafting intuitive interfaces and designing scroll-stopping creative for email and social, you’ll help bring strategy to life through powerful design.
You’ll work closely with both clients and our team to create work that’s not just visually engaging but strategically effective and always on-brand.

Who we're expecting:
Someone who is confident in their craft and excited to lead, collaborate, and take creative ownership. You'll bring a balance of creative thinking and strategic insight and are able to clearly communicate your ideas to both clients and team members. You’re flexible, solutions-focused, and comfortable working across a range of formats, from branding to digital marketing, websites, and content.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead the development of visual identities, including logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines
* Create consistent asset libraries, marketing collateral, and design systems across channels
* Design digital marketing content, including social media, email campaigns, and paid ads
* Create conceptual mockups and bring ideas to life with clear, compelling visuals
* Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to align creative with business goals
* Present work clearly and confidently, explaining your thinking to clients and team members
* Stay on top of design trends in branding, digital, and marketing content
What you need to bring:
* A standout portfolio showcasing work across branding, web/app design, and content
* Proven ability to manage and deliver high-quality work across multiple projects
* Strong typography, layout, and composition skills
* Clear communication skills, both visual and verbal
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a collaborative spirit
* Experience in agency or fast-paced creative environments

* Pitch, Keynote
* ChatGPT, Google Suite (Drive, Email, Docs, Calendar etc)
Nice to Haves (but not required)
* Print Design Experience
* Motion Graphic Experience (After Effects, Lottie etc)
* Experience with designing for web/app (eg. Shopify, Framer, Webflow, Figma etc)
