The Team
This firm has a strong and highly-regarded commercial disputes practice which is well balanced from top to bottom. It is a genuine “team”, which operates with a positive collective spirit. The management style is transparent, open and non-hierarchical – something which translates across the whole firm.
The department operates on an advisory “business partnering” basis with clients ranging from OMBs through to household name multi-million international companies, in a variety of sectors. You will gain exposure to some high level work, and be supporting partners who are ranked in all directories. Many say they are the strongest Litigation team outside of London.

A team player who enjoys building rewarding relationships with both clients and colleagues, you will be self-motivated and commercially aware. You will be keen to:
* broaden and hone your skills and experience;
* take on more responsibility; and
* play a key part in the development of the Department
You will be well-supported. Plenty of client-facing contact is also a given in this role where an ability to give practical, hands-on advice is important.
