All the way from NYC, a globally renowned architecture and interior design studio has recently opened a new London studio in Knightsbridge and is now looking for a Senior Project Manager Designer to join its growing team. The studio is known for delivering bespoke, high-end residential projects of exceptional quality.
This is a senior-level role with a strong technical and project management focus, suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on and closely involved in both the creative and delivery stages of projects.
Package & Perks:
* Salary: £60,000 – £70,000

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead technical development of projects from concept through to completion
* Design interior architecture, bespoke joinery, and architectural finishes
* Create and develop design concepts and presentations
* Produce detailed technical drawing packages in AutoCAD for contractors and joiners to price and build from
* Manage on-site activity, coordinating contractors, vendors, and multiple subcontractors
* Confidently represent the studio independently on site and in client-facing situations
* Oversee CA (Contract Administration) processes with confidence and competency
* Organise project activities, schedules, documentation, and vendor coordination across multiple projects
* Source materials, finishes, and FF&E to support the design vision
* Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
* Attend client meetings, respond to RFIs, and support design queries throughout delivery
* Maintain and update CAD drawings, finish schedules, and overall project documentation
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior interior architecture or project design role within high-end residential projects
* Strong technical background with excellent detailing and construction knowledge
* Extensive on-site experience and confidence managing construction phases
* Highly organised with strong project management and coordination skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, consultants, and vendors effectively
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp essential
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
* Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
* Confident, polished, and professional in client-facing environments
