A growing UK technology services organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Microsoft D365 Pre-Sales Consultant to strengthen its commercial capability.
This is a high impact role sitting between sales and delivery, working closely with prospective clients to understand business challenges and demonstrate how Dynamics 365 solutions can drive measurable value. There is genuine opportunity to influence how pre sales is positioned within the business and play a key role in securing strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as subject matter expert for D365 Customer Engagement
• Deliver tailored demos, presentations and proof of concept sessions
• Support RFP responses and proposal documentation
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to implementation
• Identify cross sell opportunities across a wider solutions portfolio
• Stay ahead of market and competitor trends
Experience Required
• Strong knowledge of D365 Customer Engagement including configuration and customisation
• Experience across Microsoft Power Platform
• Background in pre sales or technical consulting
• Ability to translate technical capability into clear commercial value
• Confident engaging both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Business Central exposure would be advantageous
