* Helped compile account statements for internal use and reporting.
* Provided administrative support for processing payments to vendors and external contacts.
* Participated in setting up new accounts and organizing historical account information.
* Worked with team members across departments to help streamline financial processes.
* Maintained data accuracy in the financial system through regular updates.
* Carried out routine bank reconciliation tasks under guidance.
* Monitored and tracked overdue balances for follow-up and documentation.
Essential:
1. Proven experience in an accounts, finance, or administrative support role.
2. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
