Nuffield Health, the UK's largest not for profit healthcare provider, is seeking a Regional IT Customer Service Representative to join our nationwide IT team. In this field-based IT support role you will build relationships with our customers, face to face at our gyms and hospitals, to ensure they know how to get the right support on service-related IT issues. Responsibilities include; Improving customer service standards throughout the local region Delivering excellent customer service throughout all engagement with the user and improve user satisfaction. Resolving incidents and handling service requests in a professional and timely manner. Proactively developing the quality and efficiency of the service offered to the end users. Skills & Experience; Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate in an effective manner Demonstrable experience of customer service roles. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, analyse, and resolve problems, driving solutions through to completion. Experience of training staff is desirable. Location : This position is a home based role covering a geographical region of our sites such as Hospitals and Gyms. Our flagship Support Centre is in Surrey, which you may be required to travel to.
