Role:
Our client is looking for immediate, temporary, Finance Manager to assist them for 6 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:
1. Preparation and reporting of monthly management accounts, including analytical review of the results and communicating underlying trends to the FD.
2. Lead the development of annual budget and quarterly financial forecasts.
3. Review of nominal ledger and balance sheet accounts, including posting of accrual journals in line with budget and real time knowledge.
4. Review of accrued and deferred net sales in line with revenue recognition principals and preparation of journals
5. Monitor and manage the agency's cash flow to ensure liquidity and prevent financial risk and reporting to HQ
6. Oversee billing and credit control function
7. Lead year-end reporting and audit
8. Oversee WIP management
9. Sign-off payment runs and bank transactions
10. Track and analyse financial performance, identifying key trends and potential areas for improvement.
11. Acknowledges the full extent of responsibilities and can prioritise a workplan that facilitates both the team and their reporting deadlines.
12. Provides insight and expertise to strengthen finance expertise and stakeholder relationships.
