This is an exciting opportunity for you to be responsible for the expansion and management of our portfolio in East Sussex and Kent, involving the full asset lifecycle from site identification, negotiation, acquisition, planning, construction, to asset management. You will develop relationships with landlords, tenants, authorities, agents, and developers.
You will own the full development and planning processes from concept to completion, requiring excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

Note: You will be expected to work at our Gravesend (Northfleet) Property Office or in your designated area at least 3 days a week.
Internally, this role is called Senior Acquisitions Consultant.
What you'll do
* Identify, negotiate, and acquire freehold and leasehold deals for new stores.
* Conduct site inspections, development appraisals, and manage due diligence.
* Manage planning applications from submission to approval.
* Lead expansion, relocation, and infrastructure projects.
* Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, landlords, tenants, and developers.
* Manage the full development and planning process from concept to completion.
* Oversee real estate management of assets.
What you'll need
* Proactive drive and positive attitude.
* Degree (minimum 2:2), ideally in a relevant field.
* Experience in retail acquisitions, land buying, or town planning.
* MRICS qualification is preferred.
* Strong negotiation, legal, and commercial property skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Analytical mindset and multi-tasking ability.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Full driving license and willingness to travel across the UK.
