Role Overview
Seasonal Temporary Branch Assistant – 12‑week rolling contract
Work in a fast‑paced 5‑ or 7‑day operation, helping customers quickly find products, operating tills, and supporting deliveries and picking.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and greet customers warmly.
* Stock shelves and keep stock levels fully replenished.
* Operate tills efficiently to speed service.
* Assist with deliveries and accurately pick items for customers.
Requirements
* Age 17 or over (age 18 required for early/late shifts, warehouse, beers, wines & spirits, driving roles).
* Can‑do attitude and passion for customer service.
* Willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
* Always present on time and properly presented.
