Our client has an opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join them on a contract basis for 5 months with possible extension. You will be solving routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
Role: Customer Service Executive
Location: Fully Remote - Head Office is located in Newcastle
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30
Hourly Rate: £14.30 per hour via PAYE
What you'll be doing:
Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor.
In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks.
The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised.
You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.Requirements:
Ability to speak fluent Welsh is essential - this must be highlighted on the CV

Strong customer service skills
Stakeholder communication skills
